Implant-supported full mouth rehabilitation has become a cornerstone of modern restorative dentistry, offering functional and aesthetic solutions for patients with terminal dentition or complete edentulism. The session will cover essential diagnostic steps, including CBCT-based planning, prosthetically driven implant placement, and the importance of restorative space and occlusion. The range of clinical approaches: from immediate full arch restorations using guided surgery to multi-phase treatments involving hard and soft tissue augmentation and complex prosthetic designs. Key principles such as case selection, risk assessment, surgical sequencing, prosthetic options (fixed vs. removable), and complication management will be discussed. Real-world cases will illustrate how to transition from simple to complex scenarios while maintaining predictability, patient satisfaction, and long-term success.

This lecture is ideal for clinicians seeking to deepen their understanding of implant rehabilitation across varying levels of complexity, while building a systematic approach that adapts to each patient’s clinical and anatomical needs.
